Theater "The Mirror" presents its new cheerful program of Jewish music "Zayt Gezunt!"" (Good health!), in which you will hear songs in Yiddish and Hebrew, those well-known and unknown, klezmers music, as well as jokes and anecdotes from life of Jews living in Kiev, lodz, Odessa and Berdichev.

Teatr ZWIERCIADŁO (DZERKAŁO) ?he theater "The Mirror" was found in 1891 in Kiev, Ukraine. The young producer Vladimir Petranyuk and his brother, the actor, the bard and composer Vitaly Petranyuk, have collected around themselves group of young enthusiasts, enamoured in a theatrical art. The theatre initially had experimental character, carried the name "Red Drum" and exposed poetic performances.

The theatre has endured the revival in especial area which became nuclear station territory in Chernobyl. In that time the new name of theatre - "The Mirror" was created.From 1986 to 1988 theatre "The Mirror" has made about 90 performances in a 30-kilometre zone of the Chernobyl nuclear station. Petranyuks brothers along with actors of theatre, have been awarded as "Liquidators of consequences of failure on nuclear station."

In 1992 a legend of Krakow - Peter Skrzynecki has invited "The Mirror" to show-cabaret "Piwnica pod Baranami" ("the Cellar under Rams") where they have played Vladimir Petranyuk`s performance "My poor Fuhrer" and as entertained public on the area of the Main Market and in streets of Krakow.

In 1993 Teresa Adamczyk the owner of the local café-gallery "Ariel" Krakow's Kazimir area near main city market. She first seeing "The Mirror" and made an offer for permanent job. Tereas was made huge and unbelievable efforts to get permanent status for all "The Mirror" members to live and work in Poland. In 2001 permanent status was granted. Not only from Poland but the guests from around the world are visiting Krakow especially to see the "The Mirror".

Already 18 years theater alive and create on the Polish soil. Collaboration with the outstanding Polish representatives of the art such as Peter Skrzynecki, Jerzy Hoffman, Kazimierz Cutz, Martha Meszaros, Krzysztof Zanussi, Jan Nowicki, Krzysztof Jasinski, Justina Steczkowska, Andrzej Roszewicz. The programs on Polish TV, nine CDs, establishing of their own recording studio "The Mirror Recording Studio" - it was a creation operating time for theater and this is what was built in recent eighteen years. "The Mirror" was entered in the artistic picture of Krakow city where it participates in the Royal Old Palace celebrations, and also in entire Poland and beyond.

JASCHA LIBERMAN TRIO. Is a group created by three graduates of The Music Academy in Cracow. Jasha Liberman - violin, viola; Paweł Iwan - accordion; Roman Ślazyk - double bass. The repertoire of the trio includes: traditional music of Ashkenazy Jews, music of the Balkans and the orginal compositions of leader Jasha Lieberman. Trio take part in prestigeous international musicians as Zubin Mehta, Mischa Maisky, Martha Argerich, Nigel Kennedy.

The Sholem was founded in the 2001 year by Maciej Inglot (previously Inglot Klezmer Trio) who graduated from the Cracow Academy of Music. The Trio performs traditional Jewish klezmer music arranged by themselves. Their musical interests range from classical, folk to jazz music, which is strongly reflected in the style of the performed music. It is higly original and unique. The Trio's repertuar includes instrumental pieces as well as songs in Yiddish language.

IRENA URBAŃSKA AND KLEZMERS est 1992. Inspired by the atmosphere of Jewish music the band plays tipical Klezmer melodies however you will here some wonderful Yiddish songs. The band performed in many towns in Poland and all over the world. Mrs. Urbańska and Klezmers were the part of many festivals. Performed over than 800 times.

QUARTET KLEZMER TRIO
is a vocal and instrumental group playing traditional Jewish and Balkan klezmer music in own arrangements.

It was founded in 2004 by the graduates of the Academy of Music in Cracow. The group consist of three musicians and four instruments: Magda Brudzińska - vocal and viola; Oskar Gut - accordion; Michał Siudyszewski - double bass. This make-up, characterised by a rich and profound sound, creates the best conditions for playing klezmer music.

The musicians of QKT have gained their musical experience in Poland and abroad, performing with different klezmer formations and participating in prestigious events, contests and festivals, as well as co-operating with orchestras, theatres, radio and television.

In their music, Quartet Klezmer Trio makes a vigorous use of different sounds and creates altering feelings: the way the musicians tackle sound and words gives rise to a unique atmosphere at the concerts.
